CAPTURING LYDIA: A journey from Teen Team to the Senior Spotlight

Introducing our sweet girl, Lydia! Lydia has posed for my camera countless times, and I look forward to many more sessions with her. She radiates joy, constantly laughing and smiling, and she is one of the most compassionate individuals we've encountered. These stunning images of Lydia are truly precious, and we are excited to unveil them.

We have been acquainted with Lydia since she was a young child and have photographed her in her earlier years! We are grateful to have had the opportunity to see her grow and document her as a senior! We believe she will achieve great things and we are excited to see her journey unfold. She possesses beauty both internally and externally.

In case you were unaware, Lydia was a member of our teen team as well! We greatly appreciated her presence as she ensured that all girls were made to feel included while being part of the teen team. Lydia always remained authentic, and we admired how she expressed her true self to the other girls in the group. She has a fun and carefree attitude, which she displayed during our group photo shoots and gatherings. Lydia even found one of her closest friends within the teen team! We are delighted that Lydia continues to bring her positive energy and affection to our senior group shoots. Keep being yourself, Lydia!

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to photograph Lydia with her beloved animals, a passion of hers. You will see her sweet dog, Kix, making frequent appearances in photos we have taken, including her senior photos. Despite living in the city, Lydia's heart belongs to the countryside, where she has participated in 4H with many animals including pigs and lambs, subjects we have captured her with. You’ll have to come back in a few weeks for part 2 of Lydia’s blog where we devote an entire blog just to her animals. We take joy in capturing your unique passions and personality Lydia, because your affection for animals is truly admirable! In fact, Lydia was asked during her senior session if she was granted a super power what would it be and she quickly and answered, “to talk to animals”.

Time has passed quickly since the first time we photographed you, Lydia, and we are thankful for the years we've spent capturing your moments. It's hard to believe you're now a senior. You have accomplished so much already, and we look forward to all the amazing things you will do in the future! We are especially excited to see where your photography career takes you. (Hopefully right back to us) Remember to always hold onto your kind heart, confidence, love for animals, and keep laughing. Your infectious radiance and zest for life are truly special, and those who encounter it are fortunate!

Also, have we mentioned that this girl is willing to go along with our crazy ideas?? She is just so much fun!! Enjoy this fun little video we made during her shoot.
