SHE'S BACK!!!!! Second year Teen Teamer, Gracie, representing Waterloo High School.
When Gracie applied to be a part of my teen team this is how Gracie's friends described her: "She is the mom of our group, she gives good advice, and she is a little bit extra. " The parishioners at her church said that she had such an amazing, kind smile. What I heard was she is a leader with great listening skills, would be up for doing crazy photo shoots with me, and had a smile that would light up a room. I was right.
This year Gracie has made a New Year's resolution to Step out of her comfort zone more. Stepping outside of the familiar provides individuals with a sense of excitement and adventure, helping them to discover new passions and develop new skills. Stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to a greater understanding of oneself, as well as provide a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence. Additionally, it can lead to the development of new relationships and the creation of new experiences that can enrich one's life. I love that she chose the Teen Team to help her reach her goals.
I think challenging herself and stepping outside of her comfort zone makes her such a great leader and role model among her peers. She is a cheerleader for both her football and basketball team at her school and is also vice president of her class. She has a lot of people looking at her, so she holds herself to a very high level of integrity.
When Gracie isn't hanging out with her friends or cheering at a school game, she loves to spend time with her BFF, Bella. Bella and Gracie have been besties for a very long time. Back in Bella's younger days Gracie used to show her in 4H.
Earlier this year I got to spend some time with Gracie frolicking through a beautiful flower garden to celebrate her birthday. The vibrant colors of the blooms made a perfect backdrop for a fun-filled day. Strolling through the garden, this beautiful girl made me laugh and smile and I captured memories that will last a lifetime.
I'm super excited to add Gracie to my class of 2024 Team of Senior Influencers and can't wait to start planning her session. I can only imagine the beautiful images we will capture together celebrating her senior year of high school.
XOXO - Thanks for being our feature today Gracie on TEEN TEAM TUESDAY and for always being the perfect teen to represent Capture Life Photography's Teen Team.
