This season has been full of new faces, sweet introductions, and milestone moments — and while we’ve loved celebrating our new Teen Team girls and the girls who have turned or will be turning sweet 16, we couldn’t move forward without catching up with some familiar faces that have been here a while. These girls have grown right alongside our team, and this season they’re stepping up with more confidence, independence, and purpose than ever before.

These returning girls include Keegan Nelson, Laila D’Amato, Mia Damicone, Ellie Snyder, Allison Hards, Sadie Honeck, and Mack Richmond — seven girls who continue to show us what growth really looks like.

Just like the stories we love to share here on our blog, this season is all about celebrating where they’ve been, where they are now, and everything they’re becoming.

Keegan Nelson

Keegan headed into her junior year with a new level of confidence and self-assurance. Between working as a server at A&W, staying involved in student council, and cheering — something she’s been dedicated to for over a decade — Keegan has learned that not everything is within her control, and that’s okay. Over the past year, she’s grown more comfortable speaking up, being herself, and stepping into spaces she once observed from the sidelines. Making new friends and learning to manage academic pressure has shaped her into someone who leads with authenticity and gratitude.

Laila D’Amato

This past year brought big changes for Laila — including starting at a new school and diving into cosmetology. Between working at Blasiole’s Pizza, babysitting, and staying involved in student council and leadership, Laila has embraced new environments with courage. She’s met countless new people, formed meaningful friendships, and proven to herself that she can overcome challenges, even when the year threw her a curveball. Turning 17 this season feels like a fresh chapter for a girl who isn’t afraid to start over and shine.

Mia Damicone

Mia’s year has been all about balance and growth. As a junior involved in basketball and track, she learned firsthand just how important time management can be. One of her biggest milestones? Getting her driver’s license — a symbol of the independence she’s stepping into. Between staying focused on academics and navigating the stress of finals, Mia continues to show determination and maturity, taking each challenge in stride as she moves confidently into this new season.

Ellie Snyder

Ellie’s past year was one of reflection, resilience, and self-discovery. A junior who balances gymnastics, track, and a job as a hostess at Paninis. Ellie learned the importance of putting herself first. Walking away from friendships that no longer served her wasn’t easy, but it brought clarity and peace. Academically and personally, she’s taken things more seriously — earning certifications, passing exams, and preparing for adulthood with intention. Ellie’s growth reminds us that sometimes the hardest lessons lead to the most meaningful change.

Allison Hards

Allison’s life looks a little different than most — and that’s what makes her story so special. Between working with animals full-time, helping at her family’s equipment shops, and being involved in FFA, 4-H, and Spanish Club, Allison has spent the year building confidence and skills both in and out of the classroom. One of the most meaningful moments? Welcoming a new baby calf on the farm and learning alongside her mom. Allison continues to grow through responsibility, connection, and a deep love for what she does.

Sadie Honeck

Sadie’s year was full of friendships, fun, and finding joy in the little things. A junior who plays travel softball and recently picked up pickleball, Sadie has learned to celebrate small wins and appreciate everyday moments. From football games and dressing up with friends to managing a heavy homework load, she’s learned balance and resilience. Branching out socially and building new friendships has made this past year one of connection and growth.

Mack Richmond

For Mack, this year marked a shift toward positivity and self-respect. A junior who juggles work, lifting, soccer, and track, Mack has learned what it means to protect her mental health and prioritize herself. While the year brought academic challenges and exhaustion, it also brought meaningful friendships, new passions, and personal growth. Mack’s journey is a reminder that growth doesn’t always come easily — but it’s always worth it.

As these seven girls step into another season with the Teen Team, we’re reminded that returning doesn’t mean staying the same. Each of them has grown, learned, and evolved in ways that make this season even more special. We’re so proud of who they are becoming — and we can’t wait to capture every moment of what’s ahead.
