Charming Senior Photo Shoot With Sofia

Meet the lovely Sofia Yoho from Green High School! Sofia’s session began with a little pampering from our in-house makeup artist, Mackenzie from The Skin Kitchen, who highlighted all of Sofia’s natural beauty, leaving her with a soft, natural look that made her camera-ready and confident to step in front of our cameras. A dedicated dancer, Sofia even treated us to a glimpse of one of her routines during her session—what an absolute joy to watch! She effortlessly shifted into full dance mode, and we loved every second of it. Sofia was incredibly sweet throughout her shoot, but she also knew when it was time for a break—because let’s be honest, being a model works up an appetite! Her session was filled with fun, laughter, and stunning moments, and we can't wait to share them with you.

For Sofia’s shoot, we explored two stunning locations, and while keeping our favorite spots a secret just for ourselves is tempting, we believe it wouldn’t be fair to gatekeep on such hidden gems. So, we’re sharing all the details with you—each location brought its own unique charm and beauty, and we’re excited to give you a peek into these perfect locations for senior pictures.

Fall Photos in an Apple Orchard

Our first stop on Sofia’s senior photo experience was Beckwith Orchards—the perfect autumn backdrop filled with vibrant colors, crisp apples, and sun drenched light. This location was the perfect location to kick off her day.

She had an absolute blast soaking in the fall vibes—especially when she got to toss an apple at her mom, which had us all cracking up. At first, Sofia admitted she was a little nervous about having her senior pictures done, but once she settled in, she totally embraced the experience and had so much fun. Her advice for the Class of 2026 seniors? Sofia said, “Just have fun and be yourself—you’re only a senior once! “ Girl, we couldn’t agree more! This year, this experience, and your senior photos happen just once, so why not make the most of it and truly enjoy the moment?

Dancing Through Senior Year

One of the most amazing moments during Sofia’s senior shoot was watching her step into dance mode right in the middle of Beckwith’s orchard! She treated us to a portion of one of her routines, and it was incredible to see her completely in her element. If she was nervous, we never would have known—she flowed effortlessly through her movements, performing with confidence and grace. This year is especially exciting for Sofia because she’ll be taking the stage for her very first solo performance! After seeing her absolutely own the moment during our shoot, we have no doubt she’s going to amaze everyone when the time comes.

Dreamy Golden Hour Photos

Our next stop for Sofia’s senior session was the charming, whimsical Purple Cottage Flowers - a true hidden gem in Kent, Ohio. When Sofia mentioned she wanted wildflowers and an outdoor setting, we knew this would be the perfect location for her senior photos. She absolutely embraced the moment, running through the flower fields and soaking in the golden glow of the sunset. Every shot felt like we were living in a daydream, and it was clear that Sofia was made to be in front of our camera. This location was pure magic, and Sofia brought it to life in the most beautiful way!

A Senior with Brains, Beauty, and Confidence

When we asked Sofia about her senior year and any exciting updates, she was eager to share—and we loved hearing all about it! One thing she was especially proud of was earning her very first AB card. For those who don’t know, an AB card is awarded to students with a GPA between 3.00 and 3.99 who have earned all A’s and B’s during a grading period. Such an incredible achievement! We were beyond excited for her because we know how important academics are, and there’s nothing better than reaching a goal you’ve worked so hard for. While we love seeing our seniors shine in front of the camera, we also love hearing about their successes in school and how they’re making the most of their senior year!
