This season at CLP Teen Team, we kicked off something brand new—our very first Big & Little Sis tradition! And who better to lead the way than our incredible Dream Team girls: Siena, Sadie, Mia, Keegan, Laila, Ellie, Mack, and Paisley. Not only are they models and leaders on the Teen Team, but this year they also took on the special role of being “Big Sisters,” and they made the experience unforgettable.

Every two weeks, the Big Sisters sent Lily (our amazing Teen Team Assistant!) sweet messages written for their Littles. Lily then delivered them in the group chat, giving the girls little hints and clues without ever revealing who their Big actually was. The Littles tried to guess, of course, but Lily stayed tight-lipped the whole time! Along the way, the Bigs also wrote letters filled with encouragement to keep the excitement building.

On top of that, each Big was tasked with creating a personalized gift basket filled with her Little’s favorite things, plus a hand-painted frame that would be given at the reveal. But instead of working on these frames separately, everyone gathered at Davinda’s house for what turned out to be one of the most fun nights of the season—Paint Night.

Davinda had asked all the Big Sisters to wear clothes they didn’t mind getting messy, and it’s a good thing she did—because things escalated quickly! While the girls started off carefully painting frames and the big reveal banner, it wasn’t long before the brushes turned into paintbrush weapons. Ellie decided Siena’s arm would make the perfect canvas and started doodling all over her with bright paint. Meanwhile, Keegan snuck up behind Lily and gave her the biggest hug—with paint-covered hands! Lily’s hair was streaked with color after that, but no one could stop laughing.

One of the most special parts of the night was working on the reveal banner together. The Dream Team girls hand-painted the words “Picked the Best” across the canvas, surrounding it with whimsical flowers, bumblebees, and swirls. None of us would claim to be professional artists, but that made it even better—the banner became perfectly imperfect, full of personality and heart. And when a few mistakes turned into smudges, the girls decided to embrace it by adding colorful paint splatters across the banner, making it even more fun and unique.

But the painting night wasn’t just about the final products—it was a bonding activity that brought everyone closer together. As the girls laughed, swapped paint colors, and helped each other with tricky details, they shared stories, inside jokes, and encouragement. The act of creating something side by side made the evening feel more meaningful, reminding everyone that the Teen Team is about more than photoshoots and events—it’s about friendship, teamwork, and being there for each other. By the end of the night, the banner and frames held not only bright colors but also the memory of the girls working as one team.

In between the chaos, the girls were still creating some really special frames. Some of them turned out absolutely adorable—covered in pastel colors, fun patterns, and sweet personal touches that will make each Little feel so loved. The night was filled with laughter, paint splatters, and so many memories. Of course, Davinda couldn’t resist pulling out her camera, so the messy fun turned into an impromptu photoshoot too. By the end of the night, nearly everyone was splattered in paint, but the smiles said it all: this was a memory to keep forever.

This new tradition has already brought so much connection to the Teen Team. The Dream Team girls poured their hearts into making this special for their Littles, and it’s been so fun watching it all come to life.
